We will take you through the Companies House processes, ensure you have all the details needed to incorporate your social enterprise and make sure at the end that you have your brand-new business legally set up and some clear next steps to take!

Our full day workshop will cover: 

• CIC36 form (‘Mission Statement’ ‘Activities’ and ‘Your Community of Benefit’) 

• Persons of Significant Control (what this means) 

• Articles of Association & Memorandum of Association 

• Asset Lock 

• SIC Codes 

• Directors / Board 

At the end of the half day, you will have submitted your application to Companies House. We’ll check back with you to make sure your application has progressed successfully and provide a next steps roadmap.
